YOUR FAVORITE PLANT

Write a narrative describing your favorite plant. You may choose to discuss one particular kind of plant, such as a vine maple, or you may choose to discuss one individual plant, such as the philodendron you received when you were recovering from surgery in the hospital. State what type of plant you have selected, using common and scientific names, if you can. Explain your relationship to your chosen plant and why you consider it to be your favorite. 

Use correct grammar, including complete sentences, and correct spelling. Your answer must be typed.  Responses in previous years have generally been three to four paragraphs long.
